Inside Sales Representative

What you’ll be doing:
We are building a Class-A Sales Team and the Inside Sales Representative is integral to that success. The ISR will be part of a team that generates sales in a defined territory. This position will not only take leads that have been generated from our awesome Marketing team but will be involved in the entire sales process including negotiating and closing deals. The ISR will be organized and accurate in creating and executing territory plans. They will build rapport and credibility with new customers.
The ISR will work with some amazing co-workers in our Herndon, VA office, have a distinct career path and be part of something significant as we build the TraffiCloud in the IoT.
What makes you qualified:
1-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales environment preferably in SAAS or IoT (recent graduates welcome!)
Interest in Technology and its ability to have an impact on customer’s operations.
A person with high-energy and determination to succeed individually and in a team.
A team player capable of balancing pressing short term deliverables with long term goals and objectives.
High level of integrity and ethics.
English fluency and highly proficient in communicating to customers and external audiences
Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
