Violator Strobe:Grab driver's attention and increase the sign's effectiveness. Whether it looks like a camera flash or simply draws attention to their speed, strobes can increase the overall effectiveness by up to 30%. (optional)

Wireless Management: Program your settings, adjust your radar, check your battery and download your data without leaving the vehicle or touching the sign.

PDA Message Design

Speed-Dependent Message: Ranging from a blank screen when there is no need to communicate to a stern "pull over for the officer", you decide what message to deliver to vehicles traveling at different speeds.

Targeted Messaging: Targeted messages are more effective so deliver a message that is specifically relevant to the driver based on their speed.

Simultaneous, Multi-Purpose: Deliver an informational message to compliant vehicles. Deliver an appropriate traffic calming message to speeding vehicles.

PDA Message Group

Different Messages for Different Time Periods: Messages may not be needed at night, but morning and afternoon commuter traffic would benefit from separate messages, or you may want the same messagesa all day, but trigger them at different speeds during school zone times.

Apply Speed-Dependent Message Groups:Select up to six message groups to display at various times throughout the day.

PDA Day Schedule

Multiple Annual Schedules: Save the same annual schedule at all your locations for the year and load that schedule to all your signs. Create as many variations of the annual schedule as you need, name them appropriately and load them to the respective signs.

Build Your Year: Use saved Day Schedules, to apply during weekends, school times, summer holidays and special events.

Single Days or Groups of Days: Indicate a specific day of the year, a recurring day of the week or several contiguous days to associate with a Day Schedule.

Monitor Power: Check solar installations to see if your current settings are allowing the batteries to fully recharge.

One Page Summary: All the key performance data within the data file is presented on one screen.

Road Speed: See the user-defined speed limit setting that applies to the site where the data was collected.

Avg Speed:The average over the entire study.

Pace:The most popular 10mph window that captures the highest volume of traffic.

85th Percentile:This is the speed below which 85% of the traffic is traveling.

Review the Days you Want: All days, a range of days or a specific day. You choose.

Volume Analysis: Identify peak travel times and trends in addition to speed information.

Identify Individuals: Isolating individual speed events reveals a pattern allowing very targeted enforcement.

Easy Export: Use Excel or any other spreadsheet program for more detailed charts and graphs that suit your needs.

Prioritize: See the days and times with the worst violations. Determine when and if a problem exists.

Adjust Speed Bins: You may want 5 or 10mph windows or you may want to ignore speeds below some threshold. You can customize that here.

Universal Mounting Brackets: The trailer accommodates any ATS sign easily. If your sign changes because your needs change, you don’t need to change your trailer!

Multi-Axis leveling: Park where you have to so you can use the sign where you need to. Multiple pivot points allow you to swivel the sign (+-90), tilt (+-5%) and level (+-15%) for optimal viewing without moving the vehicle to an awkward angle.

Height to Sign (telescoping): The distance to the bottom of the sign is up to 68” from the hitch receiver. The additional distance to the ground will vary by vehicle.

Fits 1 ¼ or 2” Receivers: All of our hitch mounts include an adapter that will fit most vehicles in your fleet.

Maximum Portability: Use our standard portable post when ease of deployment is the most critical factor. Weighs only 25 lbs and provides up to 56” to the bottom of the sign. It collapses to a total dimension of 7” x 7” x 37”.

Maximum Height: Use the telescoping stand when mounting height takes priority. Weighs 50 lbs and telescopes to provide up to 86”” to the bottom of the sign. It collapses to a total dimension of 13” x 8” x 72”.

Stable Footprint: The collapsible legs unfold to provide a stable 68” x 38” (standard) and 138” x 63” (telescoping ) footprint.

Multiple Sizes: Available in approximately 20W, 60W (shown) or 120W capacities to fit the power needs of your configuration and location.

Universal Bracket: The pole bracket can be mounted to nearly any pole, whether single, multiple, small, large round or square.

Flexible Orientation: Change the connection point and angle of the bracket to ensure that the panel takes advantage of optimum sunshine.

Standard AC Supply (not shown): Available for the SPEEDsentry and SPEEDsentry Shield, this supply mounts within the sign and is appropriate for clean commercial AC sources.

Medium Duty AC Supply: Recommended for the SPEEDsentry and Shield, where a municipal AC source is being tapped. Uses additional surge protection and an industrial AC supply.

Heavy Duty AC Supply: Required for the instALERT or wherever there is a very dirty power source. Uses additional surge protection, an isolation transformer and an industrial AC supply.
