Municipal Lease Financing
We work with Baystone
Financial Group, one of the largest municipal finance teams in the
country, to facilitate lease financing to School Districts, Municipalities
and Fire Departments. Founded in 1987, Baystone is a division of a bank,
not a broker. For equipment or property that costs less than $500,000,
all that is necessary is a simple one page credit application and one year
of financial history. The minimum lease amount is only $5,000 but can be
over $1,000,000.

- Allows for budget flexibility by tailoring payments to fit cash flow requirements
- Eliminates the need for voter approval for municipalities in most states
- Maximize limited budget funds since only the current year's lease payments are included in the municipal operating budget
