We know what we do and do it well by maintaining a strong focus that allows us to more fully understand our customers and understand their challenges. This has allowed us to develop the broadest, most cross-compatible product range within the industry. Our internal training and professional development is therefore targeted at reinforcing the elements surrounding this focus.
EDUCATION:
We strongly believe that the more we know about our customers' industries, the challenges they face, and the full range of solutions available to address to those challenges IN ADDITION TO what we offer, the more useful we can be. Toward that end, our company has an ongoing internal commitment to ensure each employee participates in at least one professional development event annually. Additionally, our entire staff, including those not normally involved with product, participates in regular product training to ensure that everyone in the company can connect with what we sell and who we sell it to. The result is that we continually become a better-rounded supplier.
Just as we want to continue becoming a better supplier, we host educational seminars for interested departments and associations in an effort to make our potential customer base better-rounded. Better awareness in our customers doesn't always mean more sales for us, but it does mean that we are more often part of an optimal solution in which the customer makes more informed decisions and is able to best address their needs.
